  • Support the Healthy Homes manager to manage budgets related to your area of work, approving contract spend and ensuring value for money is delivered, whilst collaborating with other Managers and Senior Leaders in the monitoring and management of combined capital and revenue budgets
  • Motivate the team and manage processes to improve customer service and efficiency of delivery whilst ensuring procedures are followed and compliance and regulatory standards are met
  • Contribute to the development of the investment programme, ensuring all remedial works align with the organisation’s wider assets and sustainability objectives

  • Deliver site supervision visits as necessary in an efficient manner to ensure consistent high levels of quality are delivered and ensure that Health and Safety requirements are being always implemented by Hedyn staff and contractors
  • Support the validation of contract procurement specification and approve key performance information and report as necessary on the performance of contractors engaged

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
