Help children and young people understand healthy relationships and build safer futures

At Key Unlocking Futures, part of Progress Housing Group, we help people across Lancashire build better lives. For over 30 years, we’ve supported children, young people and families through difficult times with compassionate, practical services that make a real difference. Key now supports more than 10,000 people across Lancashire each year.

We’re looking for a compassionate Healthy Relationships Support Worker who is passionate about helping communities and supporting young people to build safer, healthier futures. You’ll work across schools, Pupil Referral Units and special schools, co-delivering an educational programme that raises awareness and improves understanding of healthy relationships in families.

This is a term-time only role, working 27 hours per week during school hours, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for meaningful work that fits around school routines.

About The Healthy Relationships Support Worker Role

You’ll organise and facilitate group work programmes for children and young people, using a learning and development approach across different age groups. You’ll support young people to recognise healthy, unhealthy and abusive behaviours, build confidence and self-worth, and access a safe environment where they can talk about their own experiences. We’re looking for someone who can build trust, communicate in a way young people can relate to, and create a supportive space where they feel listened to and understood.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
