Healthy Workplaces Policy Support Officer

You will contribute to policy development, stakeholder engagement, research, and project delivery activities, helping ensure that the Healthy Workplaces Movement is informed by robust evidence and aligned with local and national priorities. You will also work closely with teams across housing, skills, growth, planning, energy, and environment to embed health and work considerations into wider regional programmes and strategies.

About You

You will bring:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to analyse complex data, research, and evidence, and communicate key insights clearly.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience of engaging and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders and partners.
• An understanding of work and health policy and the wider policy landscape affecting employment and wellbeing.
• Experience preparing reports, briefings, and presentations for senior audiences.

You will be a collaborative and proactive team player who enjoys working across organisational boundaries. With strong analytical skills and a passion for improving outcomes for people and communities, you will help shape an evidence-led approach to creating healthier workplaces and supporting inclusive economic growth across South Yorkshire.
