Hearing Aid Audiologist – Chester & North Wales
About the Role
We are one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, dedicated to delivering life-changing solutions. We are seeking a HCPC Qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our team in the North Wales area, with 3 days based in our Chester hearing centre and 2 days visiting patients in their own homes.
Position Details
- Salary: £40,000 with rewarding uncapped commission (paid monthly)
- Bonus Opportunities: Quarterly and annual bonuses available
- Car Allowance or Company Car:
- £5,328 per annum (based on performance/sales)
- Negotiable for a company car if preferred

- Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm) Some flexibility may be required based on business needs.
- Support: A dedicated diary coordinator and managerial team available.
Responsibilities
You will provide premium customer care while excelling in Sales and A audiometry. Your duties will include:
- Conducting comprehensive hearing assessments and recommending the most appropriate hearing solutions in adherence to:
- HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics
- BSHAA code of practice and guidelines
- Completing audiograms and customer records accurately on our Company’s CMS system, ensuring daily synchronization
- Delivering a standardised consultation process while aligning with company protocols
- Offering premium after-sales service, resolving support queries and problems professionally and promptly
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge in line with HCPC CPD requirements

Requirements
- Must be a qualified HAD (Hearing Aid Dispenser) or Pre-Registered HAD
- Must hold current HCPC registration
- Must be a BSHAA member (or commit to becoming one)
- Ability to use company systems and audiometry equipment confidently
- Strong time and workload management skills
- A valid UK/EU driving licence (due to home visits)
Additional language skills may be advantageous. Previous experience in this field is desirable but not essential for motivated candidates.
