Hearing Aid Audiologist – Chester & North Wales

We are one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, offering life-changing solutions. We are seeking a HCPC-qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist for a role based in our Chester hearing centre for 3 days per week, with 2 days visiting patients in their own homes.


Role Overview

  • Permanent position
  • 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, typically 9:00am to 5:00pm), with flexibility based on business needs
  • Encompasses hearing assessments, hearing aid sales, and aftercare support

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Base salary: £40,000 pa
  • Performance-driven earnings:
    • Uncapped commission (paid monthly)
    • Bonus opportunities (quarterly/annual)
  • Generous car allowance: Starting at £5,328 per annum or option for a company car

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality hearing assessments and hearing solutions in line with HCPC standards and BSHAA guidelines
  • Complete accurate audiograms and customer records in our CMS system
  • Deliver premium customer care with a focus on sales and aftercare service
  • Aftercare responsiveness: Timely resolution of service calls to address queries or issues
  • Maintain HCPC CPD requirements to ensure knowledge is up to date
  • Work within company assessment and aftercare protocols

Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications

✔ Must be HCPC-qualified with registration ✔ Be a ** member (or willing to join) of the BSHAA (British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists)**

Technical & Operational Skills

🔹 IT proficient (company systems/audiometry equipment) 🔹 Time/job management for structured workload

Location & Compliance

📍 UK/EU residency (Visa sponsorship currently not provided) 🚗 Valid driving licence required (flexibility needed for patient visits)
