Hearing Aid Audiologist – Edinburgh and West Borders
We are one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, specialising in delivering life-changing hearing solutions. We are seeking an HCPC Qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist to provide care to patients in their own homes across the Edinburgh and West Borders area.
About the Role
You will be required to:
- Deliver premium customer care with a focus on sales.
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and prescribe the most appropriate hearing solutions.
- Work within HCPC standards of performance, conduct, and ethics, and adhere to BSHAA codes of practice.
- Maintain accurate audiograms and customer records via the Company’s Customer Management System (CMS).
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including timely resolution of service calls.
- Stay up-to-date with HCPC CPD requirements.
You will have the support of a designated diary coordinator and a supportive management team. This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm), with flexible hours as required by business needs.

Requirements & Qualifications
- HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration.
- Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) or currently pre-registered.
- Member of BSHAA (British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists) or commitment to join.
- Current UK/EU work eligibility (Visa sponsorship not available).
- Valid UK driving licence (essential for home visits).
- Proficiency in IT systems, including audiometry equipment.
- Strong time and workload management skills.
