Hearing Aid Audiologist – Inverness
We are looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) for this role, which will involve a mix of office-based work at our Inverness Hearing Centre and field-based appointments at patient homes. You will have the support of a designated diary coordinator and a supportive team of managers.
This is a full-time permanent contract with 37.5 hours per week, while maintaining some flexibility in working hours based on business needs.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: £40,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission paid monthly, with opportunities to earn quarterly and annual bonuses

Responsibilities
- Provide premium customer care and sales support, tailored to HCPQ-qualified standards
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and recommend the most appropriate hearing solutions in line with:
- HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics
- BSHAA Code of Practice and guidelines
- Complete audiograms and customer records accurately on the company CMS system, with daily synchronisation
- Adhere to company working practices, including the standard consultation format
- Deliver high-quality after-sales service, responding to service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills, aligned with HCPC CPD requirements

Requirements
- Qualified HAD or pre-registered HAD
- Current HCPC registration
- Member of or prepared to become a member of the BSHAA (British Society of Audiology)
- IT proficiency to operate company systems and audiometry equipment
- Strong time and job management to ensure a well-structured workload
