Hearing Aid Audiologist - Liverpool

We are one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life-changing hearing healthcare. We are looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) to work in the Liverpool area – 2 days based in our Liverpool hearing centre and 3 days visiting patients in their own homes.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary: £40,000
  • Uncapped commission payable monthly, with opportunity for quarterly and annual bonuses
  • Generous car allowance: Starting at £5,328 per annum (depending on performance/sales) or option for a company car

Contract & Working Hours

  • Permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week
  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Provide premium customer care and sales of hearing solutions within HCPC standards, BSHAA code of practice, and professional ethics
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and sell appropriate solutions under time constraints
  • Complete accurate audiograms and customer records on the company’s CMS system, synchronising daily
  • Adhere to company working practices for consultations
  • Offer premium after-sales service, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Keep knowledge and skills up to date with HCPC CPD requirements

Requirements

  • HCPC-qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist or Pre-Registered HAD
  • Current HCPC registration
  • Member (or prepared to become a member) of BSHAA
  • IT skills to use company systems and audiometry equipment
  • Strong time and workload management abilities
  • Current UK driving licence
