Hearing Aid Audiologist - Loughton


About the Role

We are seeking a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC qualified), based in the Loughton area, to visit patients in their own homes. This role is on a full-time permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility to meet business needs.

Key aspects of the position include:

  • Support from a designated diary coordinator and a supportive team.
  • Compelling career structure including monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Provide premium customer care while promoting sales within HCPC standards of performance, conduct, and ethics, as well as the BSHAA code of practice.
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and recommend appropriate hearing solutions within designated time frames.
  • Accurately document audiograms and customer records on the company’s CMS system, with daily synchronisation.
  • Follow established company working practices during consultations.
  • Deliver timely after-sales support by addressing service calls with professionalism and resolving issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills (HCPC CPD requirements).

Requirements

  • HCPC-qualified as a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HAD) or pre-registered.
  • Must hold current HCPC registration.
  • Be a member (or willing to become a member) of the BSHAA.
  • Possess IT skills to effectively use company systems and audiometry equipment.
  • Demonstrate strong time and workload management for a structured approach.
