Hearing Aid Audiologist - Loughton
About the Role
We are seeking a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC qualified), based in the Loughton area, to visit patients in their own homes. This role is on a full-time permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility to meet business needs.
Key aspects of the position include:
- Support from a designated diary coordinator and a supportive team.

Responsibilities
- Provide premium customer care while promoting sales within HCPC standards of performance, conduct, and ethics, as well as the BSHAA code of practice.
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and recommend appropriate hearing solutions within designated time frames.
- Accurately document audiograms and customer records on the company’s CMS system, with daily synchronisation.
- Follow established company working practices during consultations.
- Deliver timely after-sales support by addressing service calls with professionalism and resolving issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills (HCPC CPD requirements).

Requirements
- HCPC-qualified as a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HAD) or pre-registered.
- Must hold current HCPC registration.
- Be a member (or willing to become a member) of the BSHAA.
- Possess IT skills to effectively use company systems and audiometry equipment.
- Demonstrate strong time and workload management for a structured approach.
