Hearing Aid Audiologist - Loughton
We are looking for a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) for this in-home-based role in the Loughton area.
This is a full-time, permanent position involving:
- 37.5 working hours per week
- Primary working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Flexibility required alongside key time provisions
Support
Full support will be provided from:
- A designated diary coordinator
- A supportive team of managers
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: £40,000
- Uncapped, monthly commission with earning opportunities for quarterly and annual bonuses
- Generous car allowance: Starting from £5,328 per annum (dependent on performance/sales)

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering premium hearing care and sales, including:
- Assessing and recommending the most appropriate hearing solutions within specified timelines, aligning with:
- HCPC standards
- BSHAA (British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists) code of practice
- Completing accurate and timely audiograms & customer records on our CMS system
- Maintaining premium customer service post-purchase, resolving:
- Queries and problems within set timelines
- Adhering to company standard protocols
- Ensuring knowledge stays up-to-date via HCPC Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
- Managing workload efficiently with a structured time and job management approach

Requirements
To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a HCPC qualified Hearing Aid Dispensing Audiologist (HAD)
- Have current HCPC registration
- Either be a BSHAA member or agree to join
- Possess:
- Advanced IT skills for managing company systems & audiometry equipment
- Aptitude for handling customer care duties with sales acumen
