Hearing Aid Audiologist – Maidenhead
Job Opportunity: Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) – Maidenhead Hearing Centre
We are one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, enabling life-changing hearing solutions. We are seeking a Hearing Aid Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) to join our Maidenhead Hearing Centre.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: £40,000 per annum
- Performance-based rewards:
- Uncapped monthly commission

Role Overview
You will benefit from:
- A dedicated diary coordinator and supportive management team
- Permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (some flexibility may be required)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive hearing assessments and prescribe/sell appropriate hearing solutions
- Work within HCPC standards, BSHAA codes of conduct, and specified timeframes to maximise efficiency
- Maintain accurate audiogram records and customer notes using our CMS system
- Follow consistent consultation standards and high-quality work practices
- Provide premium aftercare—promptly resolving service calls with professionalism
- Stay updated with HCPC CPD requirements
Job Requirements
- Qualified as a Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) or pre-registered
- Current HCPC registration
- Membership (or willingness to join) of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA)
- Technical expertise: IT proficiency to operate company systems and audiometry equipment
- Strong time management skills, ensuring workloads remain structured and productive
- UK/EU residency/work eligibility (sponsorship unavailable at this time)
- Full UK driving licence
