Hearing Aid Audiologist - Maidenhead

We are one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, offering life-changing solutions. We’re seeking an HCPC-Qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our Maidenhead Hearing Centre.


Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: £40,000 per annum
  • Reward scheme: Uncapped monthly commission + quarterly & annual bonuses
  • Car allowance: Starting at £5,328 per year (based on performance/sales) or company car available

Key Details

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm) Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
  • Location: Maidenhead Hearing Centre
  • Requirements:
    • Valid UK/EU driving licence

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and recommend/prescribe the most appropriate hearing solutions in line with:
    • HCPC standards of performance, conduct & ethics
    • BSHAA code of practice & guidelines
  • Complete accurate audiograms and maintain digital customer records on the company’s CMS system (+ synchronise daily)
  • Follow company consultation policies and adhere to all working procedures
  • Provide premium aftercare, resolving service queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain HCPC CPD compliance with regular training updates

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Audiologist / pre-registered candidate
  • Membership: Become or remain a member of the BSHAA
  • Technical skills:
    • Proficiency with Company IT systems & audiometry equipment
  • Organisational skills:
    • Ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively
  • Valid UK/EU work visa eligibility (no sponsorship available)
