Hearing Aid Audiologist – South Lincoln & Rutland
Location: Liverpool (2 days on-site at the Liverpool hearing centre, 3 days visiting patients at home)
We are one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, delivering life-changing interventions. We are seeking a HCPC-qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our team in Liverpool.
Role Overview
You will enjoy a permanent position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm), with flexibility based on business needs. Supportive line management and a dedicated diary coordinator will ensure a balanced workload. The role combines clinical excellence with customer-centric sales, with significant reward opportunities.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: £40,000 p/a
- Uncapped commission (monthly), plus quarterly and annual bonuses
- Generous car allowance: £5,328–£7,328 p/a (depending on performance) or company car eligibility

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and provide/sell the most effective hearing solutions in line with HCPC standards, BSHAA guidelines, and ethical codes.
- Accurate completion of audiograms and customer records on our Corporate Management System (CMS), ensuring daily synchronisation.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, including structured consultations.
- Respond promptly to aftercare service calls, resolving issues with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to meet HCPC requirements.
- Requirement: Full UK driving licence ( распространитель на home visits ).

Requirements
- HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) or Pre-registered HAD.
- BSHAA membership (or willing to join).
- IT proficiency to use audiology equipment and company systems.
- Ability to manage time effectively to handle a structured workload efficiently.
- Eligibility to work in the UK/EU without visa restrictions (no sponsorship available at this time).
