Hearing Aid Audiologist – South Lincoln & Rutland
We are one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, delivering life-changing care. We’re seeking a HCPC-qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist to support our office-based and home-visit services in the Liverpool area:
- 2 days (in-person) at our Liverpool Hearing Centre
- 3 days (home visits) supporting patients in their own homes

Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: £40,000** pa**
- Uncapped commission (monthly income potential, with quarterly and annual bonus opportunities)

Key Responsibilities
Core Work
- Deliver premium customer-focused hearing assessments tailored to individual needs
- Recommend and sell the most suitable hearing solutions, adhering to:
- HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics
- BSHAA (British Society of Audiology) codes of practice
- Prepare and submit accurate audiograms and client records via our company management system (CMS)
- Complete evaluation reports synchronised daily for ongoing case management
- Provide responsive aftercare, troubleshooting queries and service issues professionally
Professional Development
- Ongoing CPD (Continued Professional Development) to maintain knowledge and standards
Job Requirements
Essential
- HCPC-registration (qualified Audiologist or Pre-Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser )
- Full and up-to-date HCPC registration
- BSHAA membership (or commitment to join)
- BSA Audiology Level I/II certification (preferred)
- Professional research IT skills to manage company systems and audiometric equipment
- Self-motivation and organisational skills for home-based sales and assessments
- UK or EU driving licence (must be unrestricted)
