Job Title: Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist (HCPC Qualified)

Location:

Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, and surrounding areas within the West Midlands

Salary:

Starting from £35000 per annum depending on experience. OTE £70,000+ with a competitive commission structure.

About Us:

We are one of the leading and fastest-growing independent hearing care providers in the West Midlands, with an established and loyal database of clientele. Our practice operates from modern, bespoke hearing centers specifically designed for audiology services—a luxury not often available to many dispensers who are accustomed to working in optician rooms. Our facilities are purpose-built to provide the best possible environment for hearing care professionals and their patients. You will be working primarily from our two custom-built hearing centers, Birmingham Hearing Care in Kings Heath and Sutton Hearing Care in Sutton Coldfield, giving you a stable and professional environment to deliver high-quality care. We also offer growth opportunities in a supportive and flexible work environment.

As a family-run business, we prioritize employee well-being, work-life balance, and delivering exceptional patient care. If you are tired of the pressure and sales-driven environment of larger corporate practices and want to focus on delivering excellent patient care, this is the role for you.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist with a proven track record in hearing aid sales and exceptional dispensing skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in private hearing id dispensing required but not essential, on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong sales performance history with excellent customer service skills.
  • Expertise in ear wax removal, including both irrigation and microsuction techniques.
  • HCPC registration and eligibility to work in the UK/EU without restrictions.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • A motivated, patient-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously.
  • A high conversion rate from initial ear wax removal appointments to full hearing assessments. This metric is critical and reflects the ability to identify and address patients' broader hearing needs effectively.
  • This role is ideal for a hearing aid dispenser who lives locally to Birmingham or the West Midlands, reducing the need for extensive travel.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
