Role Description
This full-time Hearing Aid Dispenser role is based on-site in Chorley. The Hearing Aid Dispenser will carry out comprehensive hearing tests, interpret audiometry results, and recommend appropriate hearing solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Fitting and adjusting hearing aids
- Providing aftercare and follow-up support
- Educating customers on device use and maintenance
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Working collaboratively with audiology and optical teams
- Adhering to professional, regulatory, and company standards

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Audiology, including knowledge of hearing health and hearing aid technologies.
- Proficiency in conducting Hearing Tests and Audiometry, and accurately interpreting clinical results.
- Skill in assessing and supporting Speech-related hearing needs, including communication strategies for customers.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic, person-centered care.
- Relevant professional qualification as a Hearing Aid Dispenser or equivalent, with appropriate registration where required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and clinical documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy retail and clinical environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
