An exciting opportunity has opened up for the right candidate to join a proactive professional multi – disciplinary Heart Failure team across Manchester Foundation NHS. We are seeking to recruit highly motivated Experienced Heart Failure Specialist Nurses; ideally applicants should already be working as a band 7 registered nurse in the field of cardiology with experience in of managing heart failure both within the clinic setting and whilst they are inpatients. We are looking for candidates who have gained or are working towards their Independent Non-Medical prescriber qualification and clinical examination qualification.
Applicants will be involved in the collection and monitoring of National heart failure audit.
The role includes all aspects of heart failure nursing including patient assessment, management providing clinical advice, delivering training, writing reviewing policies and guidelines. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and able to work autonomously.
