About The Role

MTVH are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Heat Network Metering and Billing Specialist to join our Customer Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly evolving industry, helping to deliver an excellent experience for customers across our heat metering and billing portfolio, while contributing to compliance requirements and effective income recovery.

As the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, internal colleagues and stakeholders, you will provide expert advice and support on heat network metering and billing matters. You will manage customer queries, oversee billing-related processes, monitor performance against service standards, and work closely with suppliers to ensure services are delivered effectively and represent value for money.

Therefore, as part of the team, you will help deliver high-quality services that put customers first. You'll analyse data and occupancy information, support debt recovery activities, coordinate contractor performance, and contribute to continuous service improvements. This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
