If you're an experienced Heat Pump Engineer who's tired of being just another number, this is an opportunity to join a business that's investing heavily in its people and its future.
We're looking for a technically strong engineer to become a key part of a growing London team. The role is predominantly focused on servicing, fault-finding and repairing commercial heat pump systems, with the opportunity to work on larger installation projects across commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-outs.
No two weeks are the same. Most days you'll be attending 2-4 service visits across London, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and keeping critical systems running. When installation projects come up, you'll be part of dedicated teams delivering commercial installations that typically run for 2-3 weeks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge. You'll be a go-to technical support for junior engineers, helping them develop their skills on site. There's already a management structure in place, so this isn't about managing people—it's about being recognised as a respected technical expert within the team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
