Upgrade Your Career With Aira
Are you looking for a career, rather than a job? Are you looking for a place where you can take pride in your work, whilst installing the latest technology? That's Aira.
We're looking for an experienced Heat Pump Installer to join Aira as our new Team Leader, where you'll be responsible for ensuring that high quality heat pump installations are carried out safely and efficiently and leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service every single day.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for making sure that installations are carried out according to plan from the teams within your area. You'll be responsible for 6 - 10 installation teams, which will include Installers, Plumbers, Electricians, and Technical Surveyors. You'll support your team through proactive planning, on-site training, and targeting continuous improvement wherever it is needed.
The role is a mix of on-site work, and administrative or office-based work. You will join installations if required, but you will also need to be confident with technology as much of the role will involve utilization of software including Excel, PowerPoint, Heat Engineer, HubSpot, Outlook, and Teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
