RM Air Conditioning Ltd is looking for an Air Conditioning Technician to join our team
We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and keen to build a career in the air conditioning industry. We welcome applications from experienced technicians as well as candidates with relevant practical experience who are eager to learn and develop.

You’ll work across a range of commercial and domestic sites, carrying out:
- Air conditioning installations
- Servicing and planned maintenance
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
- Work on split, multi-split, and other systems
- Job sheets and site documentation
- Professional customer service
- Safe working and high-quality workmanship

Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in air conditioning, refrigeration, or a similar trade
- Installation, servicing, repair, or diagnostic experience
- City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas qualification preferred
- Working at Height and IPAF qualifications are beneficial
- Chiller and refrigeration experience is an advantage
- Good practical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A professional, can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
