Power and Cooling Delivery Technician
We are seeking an experienced Power and Cooling Delivery Technician to deploy, commission, and maintain power and cooling infrastructure across high-performance data center environments. In this role, you will lead liquid cooling projects, manage system testing, and ensure peak thermal efficiency and operational reliability.
Remote with 50% travel
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle deployments for data center power and cooling infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and commission liquid cooling systems, secondary cooling infrastructure (DLC manifolds, heat exchangers, pumps, piping), CDUs, and liquid-cooled servers.
- Manage maintenance and water-testing schedules, monitoring water quality and executing remediation actions across global site installations.
- Perform technical system checks, including pressure testing, leak detection, and setup of ongoing water treatment.
- Provide technical oversight across power, HVAC, and thermal infrastructure while tracking project schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
- Manage key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and external contractors.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and deliver on-site technical support and troubleshooting during and after commissioning.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial cooling systems, HVAC, or data center infrastructure deployment.
- Solid understanding of chilled water systems, direct liquid cooling (DLC), or other liquid-based cooling technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and installation schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and willingness to travel frequently to data center sites.
- OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in high-performance computing (HPC) or hyperscale data center environments.
- Background in customer support with exposure to technical infrastructure drawings.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and remote monitoring tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently or within cross-functional teams.
