Foundry Talent is recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management organisation for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a prestigious commercial site in London.

The Role
As the HVAC Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and minor remedial works across a large commercial facility, ensuring all HVAC systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
- Complete minor remedial works.
- Produce quotations for additional works where required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and site logbooks.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and statutory requirements.
- Work to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Liaise with clients, helpdesk and operational teams.
- Maintain tools, equipment and company assets.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration / HVAC (or equivalent)
- F-Gas Category 1
- Commercial HVAC maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good understanding of Health & Safety

- ACRIB Gold Skills Card
- SFG20 maintenance experience
- Asbestos Awareness
- IPAF
- PASMA
- Experience working on large commercial sites
- Chillers, AHUs and critical plant experience
- Air Source or Ground Source Heat Pump experience
