Foundry Talent is recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management organisation for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a prestigious commercial site in London.

The Role

As the HVAC Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and minor remedial works across a large commercial facility, ensuring all HVAC systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Complete minor remedial works.
  • Produce quotations for additional works where required.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and site logbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Work to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Liaise with clients, helpdesk and operational teams.
  • Maintain tools, equipment and company assets.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration / HVAC (or equivalent)
  • F-Gas Category 1
  • Commercial HVAC maintenance experience
  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety
