Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Leeds, with a mix of office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Heating and Renewables Sales Executives will identify and qualify leads, manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries, and guide households and partners through suitable heating and renewable solutions. The role involves presenting Zuno’s platform offerings, preparing quotations, following up on proposals, and closing sales for products such as boilers, heat pumps, solar panels, battery storage, and EV chargers. Team members will collaborate closely with operations and engineering partners to ensure accurate information, smooth installation processes, and high customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also include maintaining CRM records, achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer journeys.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within heating, HVAC, renewables, or home energy solutions.
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, with the ability to manage pipelines, track leads, and report on performance.
- Knowledge of or interest in energy-efficient technologies such as boilers, heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging solutions.
- Results-driven mindset with strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills, while maintaining a consultative approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time between the Leeds office and home-based work.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Relevant education or training in sales, business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Full right to work in the UK and flexibility to attend meetings or customer visits in and around Leeds as required.
