Location: We cover the North Cotswold's, Warwickshire and Worcestershire
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
Salary: Very competitive, based on experience
Are you a Heating Engineer who takes real pride in doing the job properly? Are you tired of being self-employed with a lack of security and constantly hunting for work or are you part of a large company with poor organisation, unrealistic targets, and just being treated like just another number? Then this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!
About Us
We are a small but growing heating and plumbing company built on quality workmanship, efficiency, and respect for our customers' homes, residential park homes, and caravans. As our workload continues to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineer who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
The Role
As a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing domestic plumbing and heating systems as well as plumbing in and commissioning new residential park homes and caravans. You’ll work directly in customers’ homes, representing the business through both your technical ability and your professional, respectful approach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
