As an MCS-certified installer with a strong focus on technical quality, customer service, and innovation, Cinergi works with a wide range of technologies, including air source heat pumps, solar PV systems, battery storage, EV charging, and smart energy controls. The company is committed to developing the next generation of engineers and renewable energy professionals through hands-on experience, industry training, and exposure to real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Undertake the installation and commissioning of air/ground source heat pumps in accordance with industry standards and manufacturers' recommendations – training provided
- Annual servicing of air/ground source heat pumps as well as gas/oil heating systems.
- Undertake installations of gas heating systems in accordance with industry standards and manufacturers' recommendations.
- Completion of all relevant paperwork
- Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
- Accurate works order completion adhering to MCS and Gas Safe programmes
- Work to operational procedures, safe working practices, and H&S procedures
- Reporting of all accidents, near miss events, or potential hazards
- Work flexibly with a diverse range of customers
- Follow any other reasonable request from management

Qualifications
- GasSafe registered – CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1
- Level 2/3 NVQ or Diploma
- Unvented Hot Water Certificate
- WRAS Water Regulations (not essential)
- CSCS card (not essential)
