Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Role
- Prepare estimates and quotations for planned and reactive maintenance, including labour, materials and subcontractor costs.
- Review site information, drawings and specifications, liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to confirm scope and pricing.
- Work with the operations and project teams to ensure quotations meet client requirements, contract terms and relevant regulations.
- Manage outstanding quotations, maintain accurate CAFM records and support the handover of successful works to the project team.
- Identify additional works and support the wider sales and estimating process.

About You
- OFTEC qualification or strong working knowledge of OFTEC-regulated systems – essential.
- Gas qualification or strong working knowledge of gas systems – essential.
- Previous estimating experience within commercial or industrial building services/maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of oil-fired heating, gas, air conditioning/refrigeration and associated M&E equipment.
- Experience with SFG20 and CAFM systems is desirable.
- Strong numerical, organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident dealing with clients, subcontractors and suppliers while managing multiple quotations and deadlines.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent is desirable.
