Job Responsibilities
- Driving the safe, timely and cost-effective delivery of HVAC contract and project package activities.
- Coordinating contract administration activities, including variations, technical queries, claims, and instructions.
- Managing project risks, programme performance, budgets, schedules, and change control activities.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, manufacturing teams, and site stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and commissioning readiness.
- Applying Earned Value Management principles and producing progress reports to support effective decision-making.

Qualifications
- Knowledge and practical application of recognised Project Management methodologies, including Association for Project Management Body of Knowledge and/or PRINCE2.
Experience
- Delivering projects within technically complex, highly regulated engineering or construction environments.
- Managing engineering, procurement, construction, and project delivery activities across multidisciplinary projects.
- Controlling project costs, schedules, risks, and change management processes.
- Managing contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout large-scale infrastructure programmes.
- Applying project management methodologies and commercial reporting techniques, including Earned Value Management.
