Job Description
We are looking for great people to come join our Team!
Truck Zone has an opportunity for a highly motivated Heavy Duty Journeyman/woman Technician to join our team. Our new Team member would be performing skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of medium to heavy duty vehicles, trailers, and specialized equipment when necessary. They would be inspecting, analyzing, troubleshooting, dismantling, aligning, assembling, and adjusting mechanical equipment and machinery to maintain it in efficient operating condition. The ideal candidate is someone who is committed to safety, excellence, teamwork, providing solutions, and adaptability.

Role Requirements
- Must hold a valid Alberta or equivalent Journeyman's certificate or 3rd year Apprentice
- CVIP License is preferred; or willing to get CVIP License with company assistance.
- Possess a valid driver's license, Class 1 or 3 with Q endorsement preferred
- Proven mechanical abilities in hydraulics, electrical, and engine repair
- Strong diagnostic capabilities
- Experience with routine maintenance operations.
- Must provide own tools

Compensation
- $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
