π Position Overview
We are partnering with this Β£multi-billion global healthcare leader to find an exceptional brand manager to join its UK team. This is your chance to manage a category-leading brand with a strong heritage and significant growth potential in the UK market. This role offers the opportunity to manage strategy and execution, combining commercial ownership, consumer insight, and creative marketing to drive sustainable growth. You'll work across a broad range of stakeholders and functions, helping shape the future of this important healthcare category with a brand that provides immediate relief to millions across the globe.

π What You'll Be Doing From Day 1
- Developing and executing local brand strategies that support ambitious growth objectives
- Adapting global comms and innovation initiatives to meet UK consumer and customer needs
- Managing brand performance, budgets and P&L responsibility
- Leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail and healthcare channels
- Using consumer, market and performance data to identify brand growth opportunities
- Optimising marketing plans based on insights and analytics
- Collaborating with Sales, Medical, Regulatory Affairs and agency partners
- Influencing and engaging with stakeholders across local and regional teams
- Translating consumer and market insights into impactful strategies
- Adopting a challenger mindset through innovation and ownership
π What We Are Looking For
- Robust brand management experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare/OTC or possibly pharma
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and business performance
- Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on marketing execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn consumer and market insights into actions
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
- Strong academics ideally in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
