Job Title – Hedge Fund – IT Orchestrade Specialist (Permanent)

Permanent Role - Full Time

Working Model – In Office – 5 Days in the Office

Compensation

£120,000 to £165,000 (GBP) base salary (*DOE – depending on experience and value added skills – programming) + benefits + Company Bonus (discretionary and fund performance – potentially up to 100% bonus).

Growing London based Hedge Fund is looking for IT Orchestrade Specialist (Cross Asset Front to Back Post Trade Management System) – PSM.

The fund has seen significant growth, inflows of capital and AUM growth and this will support a Global Implementation of the IT Orchestrade PMS solution, with the role based in London and covering other global offices, including US and ME.

The firm is building a new post trade management (PMS), and this is a greenfield project and key strategy objective and business initiative for the Hedge Fund.

The Hedge Fund – IT Orchestrade Specialist (Permanent), with expertise in joining the IT Technology team as IT Orchestrade Specialist working with CTO and Development team in London. You will lead and deliver the IT Implementation of Orchestrade PMS across the fund and its global office.

Prerequisite - Hedge Fund – IT Orchestrade Specialist (Permanent)

  • Prior IT Orchestrade PMS (Post Trade Management Solution) Implementation in a Multi Strat Hedge Fund.
  • Working with Orchestrade IT Development Team and implemented PMS solution and migration to the Orchestrade PMS from current OMS (Order Management System).
  • Orchestrade SDLC – software life cycle development.
  • Bespoke customisation of Orchestrade PMS for Front Office Risk Management – accounting for financial modelling, curve analysis, and front office risk management – have to manage front office Quants and Risk Management – Technical Specialist.
  • Business Product Owner for Orchestrade facing off to the vendor, IT DevOps, Client Services and drive and deliver enhancements across functions teams – Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science – or STEAM - Science, Technology, Finance, Engineering.
  • Must be IT Specialist in programming and scripting languages namely – Python and SQL.
  • Tech Stack - C#/.NET.
  • Technical knowledge of traded products – Equities, Fixed Income, OTC and Listed Derivatives - pricing data, risk analytics and operations trade life cycle.
  • Manage project governance and implementation, and manage communication, project milestone tracing and project governance.
