Edge Capital Group is a specialist search firm focused exclusively on senior risk-taking talent: Portfolio Managers, traders and market makers. We place individuals and full teams into multi-strategy hedge funds, single-manager funds, proprietary trading firms and asset managers globally, and run a capital introduction practice alongside the search business. We have invested heavily in proprietary technology so our recruiters spend their time recruiting, not on the grunt work that fills most recruitment jobs.
The Role
This is an inbound desk with the admin engineered out. No cold calling, no outbound sourcing, no list building, and close to zero data entry.

You will:
- Work a pipeline of pre-researched, pre-qualified leads surfaced and prioritised by the system
- Run structured intro calls with PMs, traders and quants covering strategy, track record and capacity
- Match candidates to live mandates and manage interview processes through to offer
- Act on the system's signals: it tells you who to speak to and when, you make the call count
What we're looking for:
- 1 to 3 years in recruitment, ideally financial services or front office; strong graduates with genuine markets knowledge also considered
- Real interest in hedge fund strategies; you will be trained on our internal strategy taxonomy
- Strong communicator who can hold a credible conversation with a PM running a nine-figure book
- Comfortable working inside a data-driven system and trusting its prioritisation
