The role primarily requires the use of accountancy and/or related knowledge to answer customer queries and to problem solve. Communication is key and being able to work well within a team as well as autonomously is a must. This position is ideal for anyone who is looking to kickstart their long-term future career and enjoys problem solving. Yardi will provide full in-house product training and is interested in the continued development of its staff’s knowledge and all-round wellbeing.

Please note that this role is internally referred to as Associate Technical Account Manager.

Job Details

  • Job type: Full-time (Hybrid)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break (40 hours per week of hybrid working)

Overall Responsibility

To problem solve queries, maintain positive relationships, and provide support/advice to Yardi clients who use the Yardi Kube platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be supporting Yardi’s market leading Kube coworking platform.
  • You will use your knowledge, skills, and experience to fully understand the client's query and ask relevant questions to gain more information to build a case and bring it to a resolution.
  • Work seamlessly within a close tight-knit well established team so communications and information can be shared quickly and effectively.
  • You will be the point of contact for clients via Yardi's internal case portal, telephone, and the platform's inbuilt chat function for questions, queries, and issues.
  • You will be able to correctly prioritise cases and escalate if required to the appropriate person/department.
  • Advising and updating clients on the status of their cases, while maintaining all support logs and actions taken on the case for team transparency.

Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A passion for numbers and strong analytical skills.
  • Financial Accounts / Business Studies / Software knowledge
  • Experience in day-to-day accountancy
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office

Ideal to have

  • Advantageous to have knowledge of SQL databases
  • Advantageous to have knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar product(s)
