Role Description

The Help Desk Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London. This position is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for incoming support requests, logging and prioritizing tickets, and coordinating responses between technical teams and clients. The Help Desk Coordinator will communicate updates to stakeholders, follow established procedures, and contribute to improving help desk processes and documentation. The role requires a consistent on-site presence to support operational needs and foster close collaboration with field and office teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills to manage tickets, resolve common issues, and coordinate with technical staff.
  • Proficient Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to identify root causes, assess priorities, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact clearly with clients, colleagues, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working with ticketing or CRM systems, and proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documentation tools).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to work on-site in Greater London, collaborate within a team, and remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Prior experience in a help desk, customer service, or technical coordination role; experience in utilities, facilities, or water management is an advantage.
  • Relevant vocational training or a degree in IT, business administration, or a related field is beneficial.
