1st Line Support Engineer (German Speaking)
Permanent | Remote (UK) | £24,000 - £28,500
TRIA are working with an exciting and growing technology business looking to add a 1st Line Support Engineer to their support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, delivering excellent customer experiences, and developing their IT support career in a fully remote environment.

- Providing first-line technical support via phone, live chat, and messaging channels
- Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating where required
- Supporting customer onboarding and account administration
- Translating customer communications and documentation between German and English
- Delivering a positive, professional customer experience at every interaction
What we're looking for:
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Previous customer service or support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
- Basic networking understanding
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first team
- Experience working within an ISP (Internet Service Provider) environment
