Senior Helpdesk Agent - Business Travel

Our client, a global TMC, is looking for 2 senior helpdesk/programme agents. Home-based, salary between 50/55k. They are looking for senior business travel consultants who have account management experience, an experienced helpdesk agent, or an operations team leader. You will be managing one global client travel mainly through a portal.

Senior Helpdesk Agent Duties

  • You will be managing one very high-profile client, arranging candidates to go to their head office for interviews. Candidates will book via a portal, and you will have to make sure all aspects of the trip are booked correctly and within policy.
  • You will need to jump in case of more complicated bookings or deal with issues such as missed or cancelled flights, date changes, candidate cancellations, illness, etc.
  • Look at ways of improving the process and keep constant and open dialogue with the client at all times.
  • Occasionally have to jump in the evenings or weekends if there is a major problem.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
