We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Helpdesk Operative to join our team at our Cirencester site.

In this role, you will provide the first point of contact for sites, contractors, and clients within a fast-paced environment, ensuring queries and requests are handled efficiently and professionally. You will support the smooth day-to-day running of the account by monitoring activities, coordinating communications, and helping to ensure service levels are maintained.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answering calls from sites, clients and contractors
  • Raising jobs on an internal computer system
  • Monitoring work orders from logging them to completion
  • Liaising with contractors for updates
  • Uploading costs on the system and chasing approval
  • Monitoring planned maintenance and checking certificates
  • Monitoring various email inboxes and responding to queries
  • Run and send reports
  • Managing contractor’s payment approvals
  • Invoice Validation
  • Any other ad hoc duties as advised by Line Manager

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Clear communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Able to work as an individual and use own initiative and as part of a team
