We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Helpdesk Operative to join our team at our Cirencester site.
In this role, you will provide the first point of contact for sites, contractors, and clients within a fast-paced environment, ensuring queries and requests are handled efficiently and professionally. You will support the smooth day-to-day running of the account by monitoring activities, coordinating communications, and helping to ensure service levels are maintained.
What You'll Be Doing
- Answering calls from sites, clients and contractors
- Raising jobs on an internal computer system
- Monitoring work orders from logging them to completion
- Liaising with contractors for updates
- Uploading costs on the system and chasing approval
- Monitoring planned maintenance and checking certificates
- Monitoring various email inboxes and responding to queries
- Run and send reports
- Managing contractor’s payment approvals
- Invoice Validation
- Any other ad hoc duties as advised by Line Manager

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Clear communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Able to work as an individual and use own initiative and as part of a team

When you join us you will receive:
- Salary: £28,001 per annum
- 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
