Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to helpdesk queries through email, chat, phone, and ticketing systems
  • Provide first-line support for common technical and user-access issues
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, account, and system problems
  • Record incidents, resolutions, and updates accurately in support systems
  • Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate teams
  • Guide users through clear step-by-step troubleshooting and solutions
  • Follow up on open tickets to help ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain a professional and helpful customer support experience

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Comfortable using computers, email, online platforms, and support tools
  • Basic understanding of common IT systems and digital technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
  • Previous helpdesk, customer support, retail, or technical experience is beneficial but not required
