Role Overview
As the Health and Safety Officer at St Mungo’s, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation meets its legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations while fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all individuals involved in our operations.
- Provide advice, conduct audits and inspections, monitor incidents, and support the development and implementation of health and safety policies.
- Work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Farringdon, London, with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.

About You
We are seeking an attentive and proactive Health and Safety Officer with a strong focus on detail and quality. The ideal candidate would possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide timely and high-quality advice on health and safety matters, in addition to:

- A minimum qualification of a NEBOSH General Certificate
- A commitment to continuous improvement and able to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance and address any areas of concern.
