BREEDING OPERATION - PARENT STOCK - OPERATOR
Persyaratan Sebagai Berikut
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
- Jurusan peternakan atau pertanian menjadi nilai tambah.
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani
- Mampu bekerja di lingkungan kandang yang berdebu, berbau, dan memiliki aktivitas fisik tinggi.
- Tidak takut atau alergi terhadap unggas
- Karena setiap hari berinteraksi langsung dengan ayam.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift termasuk hari libur atau saat kondisi darurat di kandang.
- Memiliki disiplin dan tanggung jawab tinggi
- Sangat penting untuk menjaga biosecurity dan performa ternak.
Kompetensi yang Diharapkan
- Memahami dasar pemeliharaan ayam.
- Mampu melakukan pemberian pakan dan minum.
- Mampu mengamati kondisi kesehatan ayam.
- Mengerti prosedur kebersihan dan biosecurity.
- Dapat mengisi catatan harian kandang.
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan mengikuti instruksi supervisor.

Tugas Utama Operator Kandang
- Memberikan pakan dan air minum sesuai standar.
- Memantau kesehatan dan mortalitas ayam.
- Membersihkan kandang dan peralatan.
- Melaksanakan vaksinasi atau treatment sesuai instruksi teknisi.
- Mencatat produksi, konsumsi pakan, dan kondisi flock.
- Menjaga biosecurity kandang.
