Staffline Recruitment for HGV Class 1 Drivers
Staffline are currently recruiting for skilled and dedicated HGV Class 1 Drivers with a minimum of 1 year experience driving HGV Class 1's. We are currently seeking reliable and motivated professionals to join our team in South Elmsall WF9. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, this could be the perfect role for you.
Shift Patterns
Any 5 out of 7 days as long as it includes a Saturday or Sunday. The start times between 18:00 and 01:00.
Start times available are:
- 5:01pm to 9:30pm
- 9:30pm to 2:00am
Pay Rates (PAYE) Paid Weekly:
- Monday to Friday 0600-2200 - £18.05
- Sunday to Thursday 2200-0600 - £24.66
- Friday 2200-0600 - £26.66
- Saturday 0600-2200 - £21.05
- Saturday 2200-0600 - £29.21
- Sunday 0600-2200 - £23.05
- Bank Holiday - £36.10
- Overtime after 42h
- (30 min break deduction applies, Guaranteed 8 hours)
We are delighted to offer full and part-time work on regular shifts any 5 out of 7 but with a preference to weekends. We are looking for drivers happy to start work between 17:00 and 02:00 trunking throughout the country.

Your Time at Work
As a Class 1 HGV Driver, the work will involve trunking to RDC's and Depots. No handball will be involved as work will be trunking deliveries only.
The site operates all year round and will provide each driver with a long-term ongoing assignment. In return for your commitment, we can offer regular shifts and start times that suit you. Part-time HGV drivers are also welcome to apply. Regular weekend work available.
Our Perfect Worker
As a Class 1 HGV Driver, you will ideally have:
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DQC
- 1 Year of HGV driving experience
- No AC, BA, IN, DD, DR, DG, MS, UT, CU or CD codes on licence
