Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role: HGV Class 1 ADR Relief Driver

You'll work directly on our customers contract on a fixed Day shift pattern, covering both Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles as required.

Our client is your point of contact for operational and trailer issues; any vehicle or other work-related issues are dealt with by us directly.

Full training is given to familiarise you with the role and get you settled in.

These roles are independent and suit drivers who like to think for themselves.

ADR deliveries are part of this job, so a current ADR licence is a strong advantage: but it's not essential, as we'll provide training to the right candidates.

The role typically involves trunking with trailer swaps, along with deliveries and collections to commercial premises. All loads must be safely strapped and secured in line with company and legal requirements. Any delays or issues should be communicated promptly to the customer to maintain service standards.
