Due to continued growth, we are now looking for professional and motivated HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our team on a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern.
Pay & Shift Details
- Shift Pattern: 4 on/4 off (Nights)
- Average Shift Length: 48 hours average per block of 4 (calculated over a 26-week reference period). Hours may vary from day to day due to the nature of the business.
- Basic Salary: £35,126 per annum
- Equivalent to: £193 per shift Based on 3.5 shifts per week / 182 shifts per year
- Performance Bonus: Graded driver performance bonus (Grade A-D) worth up to £2,400 per annum

The Role
- General haulage work
- Safe, timely and professional delivery of goods
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Accurate and clear communication with the Transport team
- Using the latest driver technology, including:
- Electronic POD devices
- Electronic walkaround check systems
- Full training is provided on all systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For
- Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid CPC qualification
- Valid Digital Tachograph card
- Good understanding of Tachograph and WTD regulations
- Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused attitude
Previous Class 1 Experience Is Preferred But Not Essential.
Newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply.
