We are proud to be a DVSA Earned Recognition Operator and invest heavily in our people, fleet, and facilities.

Due to continued growth, we are now looking for professional and motivated HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our team on a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern.

Pay & Shift Details

  • Shift Pattern: 4 on/4 off (Nights)
  • Average Shift Length: 48 hours average per block of 4 (calculated over a 26-week reference period). Hours may vary from day to day due to the nature of the business.
  • Basic Salary: £35,126 per annum
  • Equivalent to: £193 per shift Based on 3.5 shifts per week / 182 shifts per year
  • Performance Bonus: Graded driver performance bonus (Grade A-D) worth up to £2,400 per annum

The Role

  • General haulage work
  • Safe, timely and professional delivery of goods
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Accurate and clear communication with the Transport team
  • Using the latest driver technology, including:
    • Electronic POD devices
    • Electronic walkaround check systems
  • Full training is provided on all systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • Valid CPC qualification
  • Valid Digital Tachograph card
  • Good understanding of Tachograph and WTD regulations
  • Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused attitude

Previous Class 1 Experience Is Preferred But Not Essential.

Newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply.
