We are currently looking for professional HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers to join our South Kirkby team. We operate a modern fleet of premium brand vehicles, offer fantastic training opportunities, and are proud to be a DVSA Earned Recognition operator.
What You Can Earn
- Shift Rate: £200.00 per shift
- Weekly Rate: £700.00 basic per week. Paid on a consistent average of 3.5 shifts per week. Because of the rolling rotation, some weeks (Sunday-Saturday) will contain 3 working days and others will contain 4, smoothing out your income.
- Additional shifts: £200.00 per shift
- Performance Bonus: Graded driver performance bonus (Grade A-D) worth up to £2,400.00 per annum

The Role
- Schedule: 4 on/4 off rotation (nights).
- Hours: Average of 48 hours per week, calculated over a 26 week reference period
- Work Type: General Haulage
- Tech-Driven: Use of the latest technology, including electronic POD devices and electronic walk-around checks (full training provided)
- Key Focus: Maintain excellent customer service, deliver goods in a timely and professional manner, and ensure accurate, timely communication with the Transport team

What You Need
- Qualifications: Fully qualified HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, valid CPC, and valid Digi card
- Knowledge: A good understanding of Tachograph and WTD rules
- Attributes: Reliable, punctual, flexible, with good verbal communication and excellent customer service skills
- Experience: Previous Class 1 experience is preferred but not essential.
