Job Opportunity: Experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers
The Staffing Network are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers on behalf of a leading logistics and transport operation based in the Spalding area.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking professional and reliable drivers for a variety of day-shift roles, including tramping, 4-on/4-off, 5+2 shift patterns, and weekday daily work.
Our client offers drivers consistent work, organised route planning, and a supportive transport team. With a strong focus on safety, compliance, and driver welfare, this is a great opportunity for Class 1 drivers seeking stable, ongoing work within a professional logistics environment.
The Operation
The operation handles a mixed and flexible freight profile, ranging from chilled palletised goods to loose products on containers and everything in between.

Pay Rates - PAYE
- Monday to Friday: £162.50 per day
- Weekends: £172.50 per day
Shift Patterns Available
- 4 On/4 Off
- 5+2 Shift Pattern
- Tramping Opportunities
- Regular Day Work
- Ongoing, long-term assignments
The Role
- Delivering goods nationwide using Class 1 articulated vehicles
- Completing vehicle checks and relevant driver paperwork
- Ensuring compliance with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and Road Transport legislation
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service
- Safe and efficient loading, unloading, and vehicle operation
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of relevant Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Successful completion of a driving assessment prior to commencement of work

Additional Information
All successful applicants will be required to undertake and pass a driving assessment and site induction before starting their assignment. This ensures compliance with client safety standards and operational requirements.
