Location: T W Logistics, Gainsborough
Salary: £16.18 per hour
Job Type: Full Time
Shift Pattern: Days/Nights, Monday to Friday.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable HGV Class 1 Driver to join our transport team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of various materials across the UK, ensuring full compliance with transport regulations and company standards.
Please note the role is subject to a trial period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles with tautliner and bulk tipper trailers.
- Carry out daily vehicle and trailer checks, reporting any defects.
- Load, transport, and tip materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate completion of delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all road safety, tachograph, and working time regulations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with customers and colleagues.
- Follow site-specific safety procedures at all delivery and collection points.

Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Bulk tipper experience is essential.
- Minimum 1 year of HGV Class 1 driving experience preferred.
- Good understanding of load security and tipping procedures.
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights if required.
