PAV Haulage Ltd is looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our growing team at London Gateway.
We are recruiting for permanent PAYE positions, offering regular ongoing work, competitive weekly pay, and opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime and additional payments.

The Role
You will be carrying out Class 1 container transport work, primarily operating from London Gateway and delivering to customers across the UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out container collections and deliveries
- Completing daily vehicle checks
- Following Drivers' Hours and Working Time regulations
- Communicating with the transport team throughout your shift
- Completing all required paperwork and documentation
- Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
- Taking care of company vehicles and equipment

What We're Looking For
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Minimum 2 years' Class 1 HGV driving experience
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of Drivers' Hours and Working Time rules
- A professional and reliable approach to work
Previous container haulage and port experience is preferred.
