Class 1 HGV Drivers Required Tramper & Day Drivers | Coventry (CV6)
365 People Coventry Branch is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers for a well-established client based in Coventry (CV6). We are looking for both Tramper Drivers and Day Drivers to join our growing team on a full-time, ongoing basis.

Pay
- £19.00 per hour (LTD)
- £25.00 per night out (for Tramper Drivers)
The Role
- Driving modern Class 1 (Category C+E) vehicles.
- Start times between 04:00 and 08:00.
- Delivering loads to customers on the outskirts of London and surrounding areas.
- Completing vehicle checks before and after each shift.
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, professionally, and on time.
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards when delivering to clients.
- Following all driving legislation, Working Time Directive, and Driver Hours regulations.
- Both day work and tramping positions are available, allowing flexibility depending on your preference.

What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
- A valid Driver CPC qualification.
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- A minimum of 12 months' Class 1 driving experience.
- No more than 3 penalty points for minor driving offences.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach.
- An ADR licence would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training opportunities may become available for the right candidates.
