The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known and established distribution business based in Leeds. We are looking for HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers to join the team.
Location: Leeds, LS10 1RT
Job Type: Ongoing Work
Pay Rate:
- £17.77 per hour PAYE
Hours & Shift Patterns:
- Monday to Friday
- 20:00 starts
- 810 hour shifts
- Night work
- Ongoing, consistent work available
The Role:
- Completing trunking work between the clients hubs
- Completing up to 2 runs per night
- Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time
- Carrying out all required vehicle checks before and after each shift
- Completing all necessary paperwork accurately
- Ensuring compliance with driver hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Maintaining a professional approach at all times

Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- 6 months experience required
- Maximum 6 points for minor offences only
- Valid CPC and Digi Card
- Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
- Reliable, professional and flexible approach to work
