YOUR ROLE
We are currently looking for an experienced Class 1 Night Driver to join our team. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone who is dedicated and hard working to come into a permanent full-time position and help CEVA Logistics continue to deliver a first-class service. The role would be based in Moreton On Lugg.

You’ll work 48 hours per week, Sunday – Thursday on a night shift, The salary for this role is £39,062.40.
In addition, we pay an unsocial premium of £3.33 per hour between 8pm and 6am. Your shift times are 6:30pm-4am.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Your duties will also include, but are not limited to:
- Carrying out trunking duties from the out base to Runcorn to collect products for the following day’s deliveries.
- Providing a professional driving service that meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients and customers.
- Ensuring all driving and transport activities are carried out safely and securely in line with company policies, procedures and current Traffic Legislation/Compliance, including applicable EU Regulations.
- Carrying out all required vehicle and equipment checks before operation and reporting any defects immediately.
- Completing all required documentation and system transactions accurately.
- Covering the day shift when the day driver is on annual leave.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Must hold an in-date Category C+E (Class 1) license.
- A clean Driver’s license.
- A Driver CPC Qualification card.
- A valid Tachograph card.
- Must be happy to provide cover for day shift driver’s annual leave.
We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated team player with strong communication, organisational and attention-to-detail skills. You will be flexible, able to prioritise a busy workload, and confident using your own initiative.
